My name is Ana. I am an Outstanding OFSTED Childminder but I am also a professional Early Years Teacher and Spanish Language Teacher who is pasionate about my job. I am in the process to become a Montessori Teacher.
I understand the pressure of finding good quality and realiable childcare that complements your own beliefs and principles. My aim is to provide a stimulating and fun environment for children of all ages, whilst maintaining a warm and relaxed environment that emulates a home from home feeling.
I also believe that the educational, social and emotional needs of each child are best served in a small-scale environment.
I am located just next to The Common Park, quite close to the Avenue and city centre.
I can offer a happy, safe, loving, eco-friendly environment. I have a good sized play area with a beautiful garden where we grow plants together.

My Experience
I have worked as an Early Years Teacher and Spanish Primary Teacher in different schools in England and Spain. I have also worked as Early Years Practitioner in nurseries and pre-schools. I decided to make the different and create a childminding bussiness in 2014 where care and education are more personalized.
I have worked with different children ages from babies to secundary school kids.
I have experience working with children with learning disabilities, ADHD, Down Syndrome and Autism

Ana is a natural with children, she adapted her house to provide a great environment for children to play and develop. I was surprised how quickly my daughter Nina fell in love with Ana, she would ask in the morning, “where am I going today?” (as we did a day at nursery, two days with grandparents and two days with Ana), and Nina was super excited every time I answered “Ana”. What else is there to say? The best feedback that can be. Ana took children out every day, to local parks, for walks, they played mini golf, played with trees and bugs, went to theatre. At home, they often cooked together (like pizza, where children could make their own pizzas), they sang songs in Spanish and English, and there was a million different toys and role play for children to choose at Ana’s house. Nina still remembers and misses Ana, two years later, now in Y1. We are very grateful to Ana for being a part of Nina’s upbringing.
