We decided to place our wee boy with Rachel after much deliberation over the number of options out there - and we are so pleased we did! So much so that now baby number 2 is on the way the first thing we did was check she could accommodate him / her once I'm back to work!

Jack has progressed so much under Rachel's care - as the previous review said as a parent you are informed of the plan on a monthly basis which makes the carryover at home easy. She also communicates with our son's pre school regularly by sharing monthly plans which means we are all singing from the same songsheet. It is something they have commented on specifically as they don't see it often from other childcare providers.

Our son is always more than happy to go in the morning and more often than not he'd rather stay than come home!!

The daily diary is absolutely great as she goes into great detail what they've done and eaten that day so you know exactly what they're doing every day. The monthly photo montage is fabulous and as well as this she puts photos onto her blog on a regular basis which my family absolutely love as they live far away and are keen to keep up with what he's doing - to see photos of this as well makes such a difference. The quality of the photos has also been commented on by various people, my husband included and being a photographer himself is saying something!

All in all we couldn't be happier with Rachel's care - she provides a lovely, warm welcoming home environment meaning I can go to work without a worry that Jack will have a great time while developing into a lovely wee boy. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for childcare in Plymouth.
