About Me
My name is Izzy, I am 33 years old and as you will see from my experience I have a passion for travelling.
However I am Yorkshire born and bred and I am now looking to stick around for a while and do some work closer to home.
I have always been interested in working with children and in the future I would like to work particularly with behaviourally challenged children within primary schools, for now I am really enjoying being an aupair/nanny. My preference is working with younger children and babies but I enjoy and have has experience with children of all ages.
I am also coming to the end of my teacher training year so would be able to teach your children during their care and have experience from early years all the way to year 5/6.
My Experience
I have had experience working in work placement settings throughout sixth form and university including in Nurseries and Primary Schools.
I then went on to work as a live in nanny in New Zealand for 5 months caring for three boys from 5months to 5years old.
In New Zealand I also worked as a love out self employed nanny, working for four different families on a weekly schedule.
I have done two summer seasons with Mark Warner where I cared for children in different clubs each week. Working with children anywhere from 5months to 17 years.
I worked one winer season with Esprit ski doing the same kind of work but my role here was more focused on the under 5s.
I have spent two summers working at a 5 week summer camp in Italy. Teaching English in the mornings and supervising sports and other activities in the afternoons and evening.
I spent two months as an au pair in Spain looking after a two and five year old and helping them with their English development.
Finally I have just finished working with my boyfriend for seven months on Cairns looking after four children aged three, twins of four and an eight year old. As the mum worked away sometimes we also would have sole change of the children across a few days.
Since coming back to England I have gained my PGCE, worked as an ATS in primary and secondary school and also been a nanny for twins since they were 3 months old.

University degree in Early childhood studies

My Availability
I most recently returned to university to complete a Masters in Psychology and Education and am hoping to peruse a role in research in the long term, however while I am building my experience to begin this career I want to continue to use my experience to help families who need it.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £13.50 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
