I met Sevgi in order to examine the option that she would look after our 5 month old daughter whenever I was visiting Canterbury for work meetings. Although Sevgi has not yet worked for us, it has been clear from our discussions and meetings that she is a caring and warm childminder with a professional approach to her work.
What impressed me was that when we were exploring the varying possible options, her primary care was the best interest of the baby and not to “get an extra client”.
She made me feel at peace that if we will need a nanny in Canterbury, we will receive the best attention for our baby. I will come back with another review after we will also work together in practice.

Sevji is very approachable and caring, my 2.5 year daughter becomes so close to sevji in first few hours, sevji really knows her stuff and need less guidance from parents to look after kids.
Overall my experience with sevji is really trustworthy, punctual and cares kids by keeping them happy all the time when she is around
I couldn't find better nanny than sevji :)

We used Sevgi to look after our young children when I broke my leg and was partly disable for over 6 months.
My children instantly loved her, she has such a lovely nature and her fun and kind spirit with children made them adore her instantly. Very conscientious and timekeeping is impeccable. Children still miss her, and so do I 😢

My wife and I spent a week-end in Canterbury and needed a babysitter for the evening for our 2 years old. Sevgi was kind patient and punctual and we felt very safe leaving our daughter in her care.

We met Sevgi shortly after we moved to Canterbury. As we needed childcare but did not know anyone locally, we started looking for someone reliable to pick up our daughter (aged 9) after school and bring her home.
Initially, we asked Sevgi to meet up and discuss her services. This initial meeting also gave our daughter and Sevgi a chance to get to know each other. Our daughter is very shy but Sevgi very quickly managed to establish a bond with her. She was friendly and punctual. Also, she demonstrated a professional attitude, having prepared a portfolio with her certificates and testimonials. We decided to trust her and it was the right decision to make.
As discussed, she picked up Lea on time after school and arrived home safely, where both of them were waiting for me to return from work. Sevgi managed to engage our daughter, kept her nourished, helped her with her homework and they played games afterwards. I felt much calmer knowing that my child was in safe hands. My impression of Sevgi is of a very organised, kind and reliable person, and I would strongly recommend her services as she is an excellent nanny.

Sevgi is a really outstanding nanny. She is very thoughtful and concerned for all aspect of the child's wellbeing. She has been looking after my son in the evenings for a few months and also stays overnight on occasions .
What impresses me is the fact that her approach is very holistic . She plays with my son, who is three, but also works with him on his letters and numbers and makes these fun so he sees it as a game.
She has a very calm demeanor and My little boy responds really well to this.
All in all I would wholeheartedly recommend.

Sevgi has been with us since October this year. In that time she has consistently shown what an exceptional nanny she is. She has a friendly kind manner and genuinely cares about the children. She's very reliable, always punctual and willing to go the extra mile when needed.
Asides general nannying duties, she helps out with my son's EIBI program (SEN) for which she attended a days workshop training.
I have been very impressed with Sevgi thus far and can highly recommend her without any reservations!

Sevgi has been babysitting our little girl on since she is 8 months old. I knew from the first time we met she was a person I can trust with my precious baby whom I've never left alone since birth(not even her dad) Although my baby was extemely attached to me and would cry if I wasn't in her sight she gets alone perfectly with Sevgi. She even managed to give her EBM with bottle when I'm not home which we couldn't succeed since she was born. My baby wouldn't sleep unless she was breastfed to sleep but Sevgi managed to get her to sleep in her cot. She is very tidy and punctual with time, someone you can definitely rely on. She learns and adapts very fast. I don't think I can recommend her enough. We love her and so does my daughter!

Sevgi has worked for us since 29th December. I broke my leg and became totally disabled and my biggest worry was to find an amazing nanny, someone who could help us and to basically become a second mum to Jack (7) and Lucy (4) while I was disabled.
I have used nannies before when we lived in London and finding a good one is a challenge but finding good quality childcare in Colchester was an absolute minefield! As soon as I met Sevgi I just knew she was 'the one'. She exudes kindness and has a lovely kind, friendly personality and my children instantly bonded with her. Even my daughter who is normally very shy, instantly fell in love with Sevgi.
Sevgi was amazing with the children, their school runs, their meals and getting everything organised for their days and bedtimes. During holidays she was great at organising fun activities and days out for the children. She also helped me immensely on an emotional level - being totally disabled and feeling helpless and really low at times, her bright, caring approach and advice was so much appreciated and I cannot thank her enough for what she did for us.
I would not hesitate in recommending Sevgi to look after your children, she is the most amazing and conscientious nanny I've come across and we will continue to use her for babysitting in the future.
Breaking my leg at Christmas was one of the darkest times of my life but looking back, a big positive came from it, we met Sevgi and I think we will remain lifelong friends.
