About Me
I have worked with babies and children throughout my career. I am qualified as a Maternity/night nurse. I am friendly, caring and reliable; having had children myself I know how valuable the help of someone like me in those early days and nights can be! I live in Hertford with my husband and 2 cats. I am also available for ad-hoc daytime nanny/babysitting.
My Experience
I have worked with children for over 35 years having achieved the NNEB qualification (now Diploma in Childcare and Education) in 1986. I first worked for 10 years as a nanny, working with 1 family for over 7 years before having my own children. I then worked as a childminder from home until my youngest was in school. I worked at a local primary school as a Nursery Nurse in Nursery, Reception and Yr1. I then returned to working as a nanny, staying with the same family for 9 years. I can provide potential employers with my CV and impeccable references. I have recently started working as a Maternity and Night Nanny.

My Availability
I am available as a Night Nanny, working hours by mutual agreement or as a Maternity Nanny 24/5 or 6 on a temporary contract up to 2 months duration. I am happy to travel. I am also available as a local temporary daytime nanny for up to 2 months duration.
