About Me
I am a self-employed, Ofsted-registered nanny based in Illogan and happy to travel. I hold a Grade A CACHE Level 3 in Childcare and Education, a Foundation Degree in Childhood Education (3–8 years) and a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies.
I am a caring, fun and enthusiastic nanny with experience working with children aged 0–11, including sole care of newborns. I have extensive knowledge of the EYFS and National Curriculum, and previous experience as a key worker in preschool and nursery settings, supporting children’s learning, development and behaviour.
For the past 8 years I have worked exclusively as a nanny for local families. As an Ofsted-registered nanny, I can offer tax-free childcare and support families claiming childcare costs through Universal Credit or Tax Credits.
I also have nanny insurance, business car insurance, my own car, car seats and a pushchair, allowing me to take children safely to local attractions, toddler groups and activities.
My Experience
For the past eight years, I have worked exclusively as a nanny, caring for children from newborn to 8 years old in both sole care and shared care roles. My experience includes bottle feeding, sterilising, nappy changing, weaning, and planning engaging activities such as arts and crafts, baking, woodland walks, outdoor play, soft play visits and days out.
Before becoming a nanny, I gained experience in prep schools, primary schools, preschools, children’s centres and alongside a childminder. I also have experience supporting children with special educational needs.
In addition, I have worked as a personal assistant and mother’s helper, providing household support, homeschooling, care and activities for a child aged 8–11.
I currently work with five local families, caring for children aged 15 months to 8 years.

My Availability
Currently available on Fridays only.
Available Thursday, Friday and or Saturday from June 2026 onwards with occasional adhoc on other days.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
- Nannying from £16.00 per hour (gross)
Depending on days/times/location/number of children but looking to charge a minimum of £16
