My Requirements

We are a family of 4, my husband James, myself and our two daughters, Sienna (10) and Lara (8). My husband is English, I am Spanish and the girls speak both languages.
James and I work full time so are looking for an au pair or nanny to help us with the girls in the mornings and afternoons.
We live in a big house in west London, near Kensington Olympia.
We are a fun and respectful family and would love to welcome a fun and responsible au pair into our home. We would also consider a part time nanny to look after the girls in the morning and afternoons, but we could be flexible for the right person, our key requirement is chemistry with the children, someone who like to spend time with kids and knows how to create a positive discipline environment.
The girls go to school from 08.00 to 15.45-17.00 depending on the day. We need someone to help us take them to school and pick them up and then help them with homework, play with them and give them dinner and stay with them until my husband or I are back. Their school is 10 mins walk away from our house, so it’s easy to take them and pick them up.
We need the au-pair/ nanny to prepare breakfast, cook dinner and tidy up their bedrooms, and wash their clothes. We have a cleaner who comes twice a week and the au-pair is not expected to do any heavy cleaning, only tidy up after the girls.
