About Me

I'm Steph - caring, creative and friendly. I have been working with children for 15+ years, in both school and home settings.

My Experience

I currently work as a part time nanny for a fun, curious 3 year old boy, alongside studying towards my MA in Play Therapy.

I am a fully qualified primary school teacher, with 8 years experience teaching children spanning the full primary age range. Either side of my teaching career, I have worked as a live in and live out nanny. My experience of children and families is really varied, in both home and school settings. To any nannying role, I bring with me a huge variety of experience, qualifications and a lot of heart!

I believe that a trusting relationship is central to any work, especially where children and families are involved. I love to bring fun, warmth and genuine connection to the children and families that I work with.

Currently studying: Post Graduate Diploma in Play Therapy (part 2 of 3 towards an MA in Play Therapy)
Fully qualified therapeutic play practitioner (2025)
PGCE Primary Education (2017)
Ba Hons Fine Art (1st class)
