About Me
My name is Nicole, I am 33 years old with 14 years of mixed childcare experience.
I am a keen baker and love crafting with kids. I love to cook and since becoming a mum myself I have really expanded my knowledge of baby/child nutrition.
I have a wide circle of nanny and childminder friends and we enjoy a range of daily activities together through out the week, including soft play, play groups, parks, farms and lots of play dates.
My Experience
I have previously worked in a bilingual day care nursery where I gained lots of experience and studied for my nvq level 3 qualification.
After leaving the nursery I became a nanny, looking after children from birth to 8 years of age.
I then left nannying to work along side my mother as her childminding assistant.
During this time I developed an extensive knowledge of the EYFS, attended safe guarding courses and kept up to date on the latest guidelines for caring for children.
We cared for children from birth to 11 years of age.
I then returned to nannying in a nanny share consisting of four boys aged 1,2,3&4, before starting my maternity leave.
Since returning to work after maternity leave I have cared for two boys 4 and 6 while bringing my daughter along with me.
I also have twin and new born experience.
Fantastic references can be given.
My Qualifications
I have completed my childcare NVQ level 3.
I have 13 GCSE's and 3 A levels which are French, media studies and art and design.
I have a paediatric first aid certificate and safeguarding certificate and DBS check.
My Availability
I am currently looking for a three full day position starting in august 2023 that I can bring my daughter (3yrs) along to when my husband is working (4 on 4 off shift pattern)
My daughter will be attending Stanley park infants in September so a family with children attending SPI or who live close by would be ideal
