Didn't show up!

Same as previous reviewer, I had an interview with Amy and she didn't turn up. Only confirmed she wasn't coming when I called her 15 minutes after the interview was due to start. I stayed in especially to see her and I'm really annoyed. Don't bother arranging anything with her.

I did explain to Rani that I had a family emergency late during the night which involved travelling back to Surrey from Brighton at 3am. I didn't return to my parents home (in Surrey) until 9am. I feel it's quite understandable under these circumstances that I simply forgot I had an appointment just an hour later. I apologised greatly for my mistake and am very sorry for the inconvenience caused. I do my absolute best to never let anyone down, and it certainly was not my intention.

Wonderful childminder

Motia has been looking after my 3 year old daughter since February 2019, and also her older sister during school holidays.

I don't have a single criticism regarding Motia or the care she has provided, everything had been brilliant. She provides such warm and loving care for the girls, and you can see that she genuinely loves children. My girls are always excited to go to her house. She makes a lot of effort doing things with them, such as little art projects and picking fruit in the garden. The girls are always coming home with things they've made and drawings etc. I feel so lucky that we found Motia when we did, and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone.
