About Me
I am an experienced nanny full of energy and fun, I am hands on, and I am not afraid to get my hands dirty!! I am patient and caring, and enjoy doing lots of fun, and educational activities with children of all ages. As a mother myself I understand how important finding the right childcare is, and for the parents to feel happy leaving their precious little ones. I aim to provide a safe and professional service, where by both children and parent's feel comfortable. I would hope the children who I care for would enjoy spending time with me, where they can thrive and feel secure. I enjoy singing, nursery rhymes, telling stories, arts and crafts and dancing. I love the outdoors and walking, trips to the park. I'm really easy going, and together with the family would come up with a care plan that suits all.
I have a clean driving licence and a car, and would ideally like work in South Manchester ,Trafford but I am willing to travel if I find the right family.
I hope once I am placed with a family, to help and support as much as I can, and build up a good relationship.
My Experience
I have previously worked in a day nursery for 5 years (aged 0-5) and hold childcare qualification level 3, and also paediatric first aid certificate. My role involved planning and leading a variety of activities for children to take part in. Planning activities based on children's needs, charting children's progress and development. I am confident in organising activities, routines, meal plans etc for children. I have also volunteered in Primary School working with children aged 5-11. I have attended various parenting and behavioural courses, and have experience of working with children who have additional needs. I have previously provided nanny services for a couple of families, being sole carer of children, taking care of their needs, taking children to playgroups, little outings and light housework chores. I am currently working with a family whom have 3 children.
