Joanna has been my 10 year old daughter's tutor for the past year. As a working primary school teacher, she knows exactly what children of that age should be learning, both for Sats and more importantly for secondary school entrance exams.
She's quite firm, which at least as far as my daughter is concerned is a good thing. Over the past year we have focused primarily on maths, with a bit of English thrown in. Not only is my daughter much more confident with her maths, but earlier this year she successfully gained places at a couple of local independent schools, something I really doubt she would have managed without Miss Joanna's assistance. I highly recommend her.

Joanna has been giving our 8 year old daughter maths lessons for nearly a year now and we have seen a significant improvement in her results. Joanna is very professional, very well prepared and has very personable/calm approach which seems to get the best out of our daughter.
