Great suite of policies and procedures. Lovely home but moving soon. Knows her stuff. Recommend in most aspects but cancels childminding services the day before childcare is required. Been informed that childcare before school is stopping in 2 months time. Overall, worth while considering for after school.

Many thanks for your review and for taking the time to visit my setting. In my setting I always want what is best for the Children in my care. I feel that your Child, was not comfortable with this change. I usually ask for parents to bring their Child beforehand and to see if the Child settles in my care, this is outlined within the Policies and Procedures, as the visit only happened yesterday wanting Childcare to commence today, the child was not provided with the opportunity to have a settling in period beforehand. Although I did state, I am ceasing before school Childcare, this has not yet been confirmed.
