I do Breakfast club and After school CARE.
I am Jahanara OFSTED registered Childminder and I have been rate as "GOOD" by Ofsted . I live with my husband and three children aged 16, 24 and 27who are not always present during my working hours (in my household everyone over the age of 16 is DBS checked). . I have been childminding for 11years and working Mon-Fri.
I am a responsible ,reliable , flexible childminder always providing a caring, loving, stimulated, relaxing ,secure and smoke free environment where the children can play and express themselves openly. The children I care for have access to a well equipt 19ft playroom, and are free to wonder around the floor of my house with a downstairs toilet, quiet room for nap, and access to a safe, well maintained garden which includes slides, a playhouse, a sandpit, tents, tunnels, bikes and tricycles, trampoline, sea-saw which the children have daily use of.
Educational resources for all ages are available .
I am up to date with the latest requirement for my profession. I am fully qualified in areas of childminding and I deliver 7 areas of learning and developing the Early Year Foundation Stage for children under 5 years.
I believe children learn through play, the playroom is set out with various activities that teach the children up to the early years foundation stage: numbers, alphabet, colours, shapes, story time, rhyming time, colouring and painting. Activities are changed on a regular basis and I structure planning covering Personal, Social and Emotional skills, Communication and Language skills. Literacy, Maths, Understanding the world, Expressive Art and Design, Physical Development and I also provide healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle.
I respect parents wishes about their childrens diet, routines, religion, and the information they share about the children.

My Experience
During my time working as an Ofsted registered childminder I have gained lots of experience in children's development. I have also been caring my won 3 children so I have quite a lot of experience.
My Qualifications
Level 3 diploma in home based childcare

Paediatric first aid trained
Safeguarding children trained
DBS checked (CRB)
I consistently attend training that is beneficial to my childminding children.
My Availability
I am available to pick and drop-off from Robin hood school ,Lakey Lane primary, Hall Green junior schools.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.50 per hour
Charges very according to the number of children and the length of each session. Prices include food(lunch) Breakfast, milk, snacks. Provide freshly cooked food.
If you are struggling to find childcare we have a FREE taster session available .
I will be able to offer the first two days FREE sessions for full time childcare.
I provide Early Years Free Entitlement (EEE)
(Early Education Entitlement ) also known as Nursery Education funding.
It's means your child can have
15 hours FREE places available per week over 38 weeks, for 2-4 year old children.

My son who is 3 has been well looked after by Jahanra, i heard from a friend how good this women, keeping my son in her care was worth it.Now my son is starting full time school and he will be missing jahanara and the lovely friends he made.she is a nice person i have come across few times when i had booked with her last minute and she has helped me which im grateful for.
Thank you once again (he will miss your delious food).

My eldest daughter now 5 has been in Jahanara's care since the age of 1. Returning to work as a first time mum and leaving my child in someone else's care was the most difficult decision I faced at the time. It was incredibly emotional and very difficult for both myself and my daughter to come to terms with. However Jahanara, was very reassuring and comforting, she did a fantastic job helping my daughter settle in. She kept me well informed on how my daughter was settling, this in turn, alleviated much of the anxiety on my part. It's very helpful that she is flexible and very accommodating of individual needs. My husband and I have no qualms about leaving our children in her care, she has since taken on my second child (boy) and will also care for my third child when I return to work next year when my maternity leave ends. Jahanara is honest, caring and loving towards my children, she really looks out for their best interest. My kids love being in her care and I wouldn't think twice about sending them else where. Thank you for the outstanding service you have provided over the past 4 years and hopefully for many more years to come!!!!

I am very satisfied with the care I get for my 3 year old who has been with jehanara for last 2 years. She is learning everyday new vocabulary and developing well. I will highly recommend Jehanara to every parent.
