l'm looking for a family who needs a nanny for a baby/toddlers starting from September. The exact start date can be negotiated. I would like to work for 3 or 3and half days per week.
I am a professional, caring and OFSTED registered nanny with 14 years of experience. I have taken care of all kinds of children with ages ranging from newborn to 7 years old, including children with Global Development Disorder. I enjoy working with children and tend to bond with them very strongly in a short period of time. I always do my best to protect, help to develop and to love the children that I look after. I am also a great listener which makes it easy for children to confide in me. I always try to get to know local nannies and parents and to organise playdates for the kids for them to become more confident around others and for them to find it easier to later settle into school. Unfortunately, latly this was not possible because of the pandemic, so now it is even more important to catch up (in a safe way) on these missed opportunities.
I am personally a mother of two children and a grandmother of a little girl. Therefore, I have an interest in the personal and social development of children. I encourage children to learn for themselves and to be able to make their own choices and decisions. Consequently, I always aim to promote their health, education and any leisure interests.
My Experience
During my career I have taken care of children from their birth, up to the age of seven. On average I tend to spend about 4 years with one family. One of the girls that I looked after has a Global Development Disorder so I had to learn how to care for her and support with daily struggles. I assisted her during many of her therapies and cooked separate meals for her, which were consistent with her specialised diet. I have also used games and numerous exercises to stimulate her in order to ensure that she developed both physically and mentally.
I have also planned and organised many games and learning activities for both boys and girls, while at the same time I ensured that they are safe. These include organising craft, art and sport activities. I always strive to teach children basic social and behavioural skills.
The children that I'm currently looking after started school last September. As result for past year I'm doing nanny share with local family. I'm working for two families, in total 4 days per week. Out of these 4 days, two afternoons I'm looking after all four kids (two of them are 5 years old and two of them are 3 years old). I think that these kids are very fortunate as they formed bubble and could stay close during whole pandemic. They are like siblings.
During pandemic not only I look after children from both families but also in order to help parents (during lockdowns) I agreed to look after three kids simultaneously four days per week and I did some home schooling as well.

My Qualifications
I have Common Core Skill and Knowledge Certificate, as well as a degree in Finance and Accounting and Polish equivalent of A levels in Polish, Russian and Mathematics.
My Availability
I am looking for 3 days nanny job. I would be available to work between 8:00 and 18:00.
