Hello,
I'm Juan, I'm 28 years old, and I'm from Spain, living near Wimbledon Park, looking for a position (preferably part-time) to start at anytime for the right family.
With almost 8 years of experience, I've been an au pair looking after 3 children for a year, a nanny for 6 years, and worked for multiple families as a babysitter (all references available).
I consider myself a very bright person; energetic, creative, and very optimistic but also reliable and trustworthy.
If you ask any of the families I have worked for, they would tell you how close and happy I am, singing around and laughing all the time. I love being a nanny when there’s a great connection and communication between parents-nanny-children.
I'm a student at the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance, in Kilburn, but since everything has moved online, I rather find a position near Wimbledon, where I live. Areas (or surroundings) like Wimbledon, Putney, Wandsworth, Clapham.
I enjoy helping children discover the world, playing maths (the point is to make them sound fun!) and looking after them, especially playing music and arts and craft. Very happy to also do Spanish lessons once or twice a week, me and the parents can plan everything.
As a nanny, I like to challenge children to be their most creative, whether doing Hama beads or an art project for school, for example.

My Experience
I moved to London in September of 2015 as an au pair, looking after 2 girls aged 10 and 6 and a lovely little boy aged 3. Duties were prepping breakfast, dropping off, picking up, dinner, playing with the children and bedtime.
I have also worked overnight with them very often as the parents were away for work.
In 2016, I worked looking after 2 boys (4 and 7) for almost 2 years, and also a boy and a girl aged 9 and 7 for a morning drop off routine nearby.
I also attended a church every Saturday evening to help parents looking after their children (from babies up to 6 years old).
In 2018, I worked for a very energetic family based on Wimbledon (a girl and a boy aged 8 and 10 each) helping them with homework (such as English, spellings, maths...), preparing dinner, shower and doing light households.
I also walked Dudley, their lovely dog, for a few hours every day.
In 2019, I worked for a family based in Kilburn looking after a girl aged 5 and a boy aged 8 for a year, until December 2020. Duties were getting uniforms ready for the next day, children washing, ironing, cooking dinner, practising music, and taking them to different activities. I worked overnight as well when required.
In 2021, after a break to focus on uni, I started working for a French family based in Fulham and I had the best time, cause we got really close and I spent a year helping them after school or babysitting every week.

My Qualifications
I am Spanish native with very fluent English. I can help out the children with school homework, spellings or any type of projects. I can teach or help with Spanish lessons, spellings, arts or music.
