Hi, my name's Chloe.
I am 30 years old and have a 7 year old little girl of my own, Ayla and three step children aged 7, 10 and 14. I am a bubbly, happy person who genuinely enjoys looking after children. I have experience with all ages and am fully qualified, DBS checked and have a relevant first aid qualification. I have my own car with business insurance. I am available from 8-6 Monday-Friday. I have been working with a childminder for the past 4 years and am now looking for a family to Nanny for. I am a very active, outdoorsy person with a love of animals and a small farm of my own. I enjoy planning activities, educational days out and fun things to extend and develop a child's learning. I have alot of experience with children who have English as a second language and a broad and in depth understanding of the EYFS curriculum and learning Schemas.
My Experience
For the past 13 years I have worked in various nurseries to gain my level 2 and level 3 NVQs in Childrens care , learning and development. Having got these and put them to good use as a practitioner, then room leader and then deputy manager I would now like to work as a nanny as I feel it is more rewarding to have a close bond with one family. I have experience with children from 6 weeks up to 10 years of age. I havent got a favourite age group as theyre all fun in their own ways. I have done my level 2 elklan speech and language development course which has given me great insight into how speech develops and also given me a lot of useful strategies to help promote communication skills. I work with the Early Years Foundation Stage to plan activities that are age and ability appropriate to help your children develop in all areas. I also have a paedeatric first aid certificate.
