Hello,
I'm a 38yr old, qualified nanny.
I am calm, considerate, caring & conduct myself in a manner that promotes this. I would also think myself to be fun, firm but fair. I strive to work from the family with regards to their approach on discipline.
With little ones I aim to make an environment that will stimulate their growth & interest in the world around them. With older children in my care I plan age appropriate activities whilst taking their interests into consideration.
I aim to instill the value of respect as this is a quality that will get you far in life.

My Experience
I have 14yrs Nanny experience and 8 yrs as a nursery practitioner prior to that.
I have experience with children aged 0 - 14yrs old.
My degree knowledge is based upon children aged 0 - 5 yrs and this is the age group where I feel my strengths lie. Having said that I do enjoy the challenge that looking after older children can bring :)
