My Summary

My Experience

I have had over 6 years of employment experience of working with children however I have always looked after children through out the majority of my life.
From the age of 14 I was a volunteer at the Creche within a local church. At this placement I worked with children from the ages of 3 months to 5 years.

Once turning 17 I started work at a Nursery as their administration assistant. I spent a lot of time covering staff in the nursery, during this time I made a strong bond with children from the age of 3 months to 5 years.

After leaving the nursery I started working in a primary school where I worked with SEN children. My role was to ensure the children I worked with had access to the national curriculum, I would devise lesson plans, activities and create resources to ensure the children had the best access to the national curriculum possible. Whilst in the same job I was transferred to be a TA within a year one class. I have Read Write Inc (Ruth Miskin Learning) training and took out small groups of children and taught them different subjects in a way that they found enjoyable and fun.

At present I am available for all evenings and all weekends.

• Babysitting from £8.50 per hour
