Great service !

Bal has provided excellent all round service. Our 3 year old child felt very comfortable in her environment which was very conducive to meet her needs and she was very soon feeling at home with Bal. My child certainly developed her talking skills and she became much more confident in company, an obvious sign of quality care.

Bal is very communicative and keeps us informed at all times and at the end of the session and because she has her own children who demonstrate politeness and respect whilst being obviously happy around her, has helped my girl to integrate easily.

Bal provides a wealth of experience as she has previously assisted in teaching children with special needs and has many years childcare experience. She ensures that activities in her home are tailored to fully engage and entertain in a positive learning way.

Her experience is extensive and this shows in her manner and the way that she engages with my child.

I would highly recommend her services and feel very confident that you would be happy to trust your children in her care.

Very satisfied with the level of care provided by

We are extremely happy with Bal. My 2 year old boy settled into Bal's care with ease and within a couple of days. He loves going into her warm inviting home which is full of wonderful stimulating resources.

Her children, who are also in her care are extremely friendly and has welcomed my boy and helped make him feel at home, welcome and happy.

Bal often sends me photos of my boy whilst I am at work and it is lovely to see him happy and engaged, doing different things every day.

She always makes time to talk to me about my boy at the end of the day.

I fully recommend Bal and assure your child would be very happy in her care.
