As an outgoing person, this has helped me gain the knowledge and experience from each job I have done. I have completed a BTEC national diploma in childcare and education, and have worked with children for around 6 years from babies – 11 year olds. My Experience
Old macdonalds day nursery: (currently employed) I am currently third in charge at a private nursery. (Duties include parent partnerships, running of the nursery, day to day running of nursery, SENCO officer, safeguarding officer. I started working here in September 2016 and have worked my way up from senior nursery practitioner to unit manager of a large lower pre school, my duties include planning for the children, tracking their development, running a team of 7 practitioners, coming up with new ideas for the unit and the children, partnerships with parents, looking after children daily.
Parents Paradise Education Centre: Play and learn is an education centre that offers extra tuition for children from nursery - GCSE. Working in a classroom based setting, supporting children with work, reading with children, supporting children in maths, English and Phonics. Mainly working with children from 4 years-10 years - Current experience – 2 years.
