My Experience
I have over 12 years of experience in childcare, with extensive knowledge in providing long-term, hands-on care for children, including those with additional needs. I have worked with children with disabilities, ASD, ADHD, and those with an EHCP in place, ensuring their individual requirements are met with patience, understanding, and tailored support.
My experience includes shopping, cooking, preparing bottles, changing nappies, ironing, mending, supervising baths, and educating and entertaining children through reading and outings. I have cared for children of all ages and from diverse backgrounds, and I pride myself on being highly organised with a natural ability to build strong, trusting relationships with both children and families.
I am an excellent multitasker and bring creativity and imagination to my work, which helps to keep children engaged and interested in their daily activities. I place a strong focus on providing children with love, support, and guidance, ensuring they feel comfortable, safe, and confident while in my care. My aim is always to foster an environment where children can thrive emotionally, mentally, and physically.
My Qualifications
