The absolute best.

Tara looked after my son whilst I was studying. I was so incredibly nervous at first, leaving my son. He'd been with me every day and night since birth! But instantly, I was reassured. I felt such a warm presence from Tara, her family, and her home since day one. Tara helped both me and my son settle quickly and comfortably. It was great knowing he was being greatly cared for so I could continue my studies without any worries.

Being a student, flexibility is really great. Tara was honestly brilliant with my extra study days so I could get most of my work completed. Throughout the days, she would update me with pictures and let me know how he was getting on, which was lovely and certainly put me at ease.

As a first time mum sometimes I felt quite like I didn't know what i was doing but Tara supported me, she gave me a lot of advice and tips and really helped a lot with sleep training, and trying to encourage his eating! The communication was so easy and straightforward. I have loved knowing my son is eating well, playing with her lovely daughters or doing different activities; play group, swimming, the park so I know he is regularly out and about having fun.

Since being with Tara, I've seen such a change and improvement in my sons development, his talking especially, and I know that the way Tara engages with the little ones has really played a part in that. I would 10000% recommend Tara to anyone looking for flexible and brilliant care for their child.

I also really appreciated Taras' help with proofreading my work in her spare time! A massive help. And being really accommodating and understanding during my rough days in my second pregnancy. Honestly, my son and I will miss you and your family! You've all been so kind, and I know Mason misses you all already. It's been such a pleasure to have gotten to know you, and I appreciate all that you have done. I hope to stay in touch!

Exceptional

As a first time Mum it was daunting to leave my son in someone else's care. But Tara did a great job of making both of us to feel comfortable. My son began with Tara when he was 10 months old and he has come on leaps and bounds since he's been in her care and thanks to her ( now 3 years old ) is so ready to start Nursery.

It has been so reassuring to know he is somewhere safe, and cared for but also someone who is interested in his overall development. When he is home the work she has done is reflected in his behaviour and skills. I'm always impressed by the activities and trips she has taken him to including Museums, the seaside and the Zoo and activities such as Swimming, Soft play and the local Stay and plays. She has ensured he is rarely indoors and out gaining new and varied experiences.

Tara has supported us at every stage including fussy eating and transitioning into potty training. She has been patient and flexible especially in regards to changes in pick up times and regular communication. I always look forward to her daily photos and texts regarding my son's day.

He loves going to Tara and raves about both her and her daughters they have all made him feel part of the family. Both of us will miss them very much. The next family she works with will be very lucky.

Caring, fun and loving

My experience with Tara has been excellent. Sometimes I need to work long hours and  Tara has always provided a homely environment so my little one didn't miss me;so much so,that a few times I have come to pick my daughter up and she would continue playing with Tara's girls. The same happens at the time of leaving her, she just jumps out of her buggy to join Tara and the other kids.
She's also very flexible, which for me, as a single parent working full time was key. I definitely recommend Tara,  not only because she is a good person and you can see that in the way she treats and talks to the kids she looks after, but also because of her teaching background, she knows how to introduce gentle rules  that help the kids to play and interact better together ( sharing, speaking nicely, saying sorry when they the are a bit naughty..etc). My daughter and I will definitely miss her and her girls when it's time to move on.
