My Requirements
We're not 100% on what our childcare solution will be yet. There is some flexibility as my partner and I are freelance. Either a nanny or a childminder, 3-4 days per week (potentially flexible for the right person). My 4 year old will need picking up (and possibly dropping off, TBC) from Coopers Lane. My 7 year old has SEN (her behaviour is not particularly challenging) and will be picked up by bus and taken to Watergate school.
