Couldn’t hope for more

We’ve been with Vicky for 6 months now and I couldn’t hope for more in a nanny. Our son adores her. She is loving and caring towards him but sets him clear boundaries in terms of his behaviour. He’s developed loads in her care, particularly in terms of communication.

The extent of her experience with children was clear at the start, both in her confidence and interpreting his wants and needs when he can’t communicate for himself.

I love her approach to the day. There’s no sitting in at home...every opportunity and they’re out and about...be it playgroups, galleries, the library or the park.

On top of that she is professional, always prompt, and provides regular updates and photos. So if I was ever in any doubt I can see how much fun he's having!

Every day I leave for work, it’s with a feeling of content, knowing my son’s going to have another great day with Vicky.

A wonder!

Jay looked after my 3 year old son for a week recently while our regular childminder was away.
An earlier review called her ‘Jay Poppins’ and that sums it up perfectly.
She quickly established a connection with him and put him at ease. She kept him busy and stimulated with activities she knew he’d enjoy incorporating simple but clever ways to encourage his development. We received regular updates throughout the day and it way a joy and comfort to see him have such fun. He really enjoyed his time with her.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jay. 5*
