Deborah looks after our 2 boys (2yrs and 8months) on some ad hoc evenings. She is very warm and friendly with the boys and put us at ease when we are leaving. She is proactive and engages well with tasks. Her gentle and kind nature works well with the boys and we return to a calm, peaceful household with contented, sleeping children.
