Hi, my name is Tom. I am an energetic outdoor enthusiast with a love of the natural world. I have worked with a diverse range of children with varying needs and requirements.
Unfortunately, I do not drive however, being a keen cyclist I am more than happy to cycle /walk within a reasonable distance based on expected time.
Working in the local are of Swanage has provided me a great knowledge of the surrounding areas, Durlston Country Park being one of these.
Being a keen learner, I am currently in the process of building up my tree identification knowledge. I have a passion for cooking and trying new foods and when I find the time I enjoy reading.

My Experience
I worked as a teaching assistant for three years before beginning my BA Hons Undergraduate in Outdoor and Adventure Education.
During my first two years of university I was involved in several adventure learning days for local primary schools, including running activities such as: team building, problem solving and Forest Schools. between my first and second year I worked for the Bushcraft Company as a 'tribe leader' providing residential experiences for primary and secondary school children in a woodland.
I am currently on my placement year working for a growing charity, Wide Horizons, providing adventure learning experience for children and young people from primary schools to universities. We use lots of the surrounding areas, from Durlston Country Park to the Studland Beach, to enable children and young people to learn in a way that suits them.

Currently studying Outdoor and Adventure Education BA Hons
BTEC National Diploma in Uniformed Public Services
6 GCSE grades B-C
My Availability
Due to the nature of my work this varies however, I am available most evenings and weekends. Feel free to contact me in order to check availability.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £8.50 per hour
I charge between £8.50-10 based on day and time.
