About Me
** I am currently taking a break from childminding **
I am a ofsted registered childminder and I have been childminding for 14 years. I am based in The Parks, Harmanswater, Bracknell. I live with my partner and our 3 children (our twins aged 19 and our 11 year old daughter) and our dog Lola who is a poochon. I offer a safe, fun and friendly environment. I adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage and keep records of the children's progress. I use the downstairs of my house and I also have a playroom (cabin) in the garden. My garden has just been landscaped so the children can enjoy it all year round. Recently inspected by Ofsted and received a “good” rating.
We visit toddler groups, parks and days out as well as doing crafts, free play and topic led activities. I love to help and watch children reach their full potential. As I work closely with another childminder she can offer emergency care/cover if for any reason I was unable to operate (ratio dependent).

My Experience
I have 14 years childminding experience, I hold an NVQ level 3 in childcare, I am first aid trained and hold a level 2 in safeguarding. I am fully insured and am ofsted registered. I recently had my ofsted inspection and have been graded a good. Myself and all adults living in my household are DBS checked
I have experience with caring for a children with Down syndrome, Aspergers and autism. I also have experience with tube feeding (ng tube, gastrostomy and mickey button), experience with hyper mobility, development delay and speech and language. I have cared for children with allergies and epipens.
