Dear family,

I’m Virginia, based in Ealing Broadway, and I’m currently looking for a new nanny position:
Available:
3 full days (Monday to Wednesday – 30h+, can consider 8h/day for a nanny share arrangement)

or 4 full days (Monday to Thursday – 40h+) with flexibility to work some evenings and Fridays.

I’m a degree-qualified Early Years teacher (QTS) and a confident professional nanny with over 16 years of experience caring for children from newborn to school age.


Qualifications include:

Bachelor’s Degree in Early Years Education (QTS).

Master’s in Coaching and Emotional Intelligence in Childhood.

Master’s in Child Psychology.

Teacher of Spanish as a Foreign Language

Paediatric First Aid, Enhanced DBS, and Nanny Insurance

Experience in London & Spain:
For the past 9 years I have worked for several wonderful families in London, including:

Caring for 5-year-old twins.

Sole and shared charge (Co-Nanny) of three children aged 10 months, 2.5, and 5.5 years old.

3.5 years with one family, including two successful nanny shares looking after two babies from two different families together.

Since May 2023, re-hired full-time by a previous family Monday to Wednesday. They relocated out of London (3,5 years in total with them). Children are now 7 and 10 years old- they were 13 months and 4 years old when I first cared for them. On Thursday and Friday I still have a job in Northfields looking after B7 and G8, and I've looked after them for almost 3 years after school hours, taking care of laundry and prepping healthy meals in the morning.

Before moving to London, I worked for two years as a Preschool and Reception Teacher in Spain, designing engaging lessons, adapting the curriculum, and preparing children to transition successfully to primary school.

I have a special ability to help little ones express their needs and emotions, which greatly reduces crying and frustration and creates a harmonious environment.

I’m honest, respectful, easy-going, and passionate about what I do. I would love to work with a family who celebrates milestones with me, values communication, and appreciates my experience and knowledge.
