My name is Virginia, and I am a highly experienced, qualified and nurturing nanny with a strong background in Early Years Education. I am passionate about supporting children’s development and creating a safe, loving and stimulating environment where they feel secure, confident and encouraged to thrive.
With over nine years of experience as a full-time nanny in London and seven years working in schools in Spain, including teaching preschool and Reception, I bring a wealth of knowledge in child development, early education and age-appropriate learning. I have extensive experience caring for babies, toddlers and school-aged children, adapting my approach to each child’s developmental stage, individual needs and personality.
My approach is holistic, play-based and tailored to each child, supporting their physical, emotional, social and cognitive development through engaging activities and meaningful everyday experiences.
I am caring, patient, positive and adaptable, with a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to my work. I value open communication and building strong, trusting relationships with parents to ensure consistency between home and childcare.
