About Me
Hello, My name is Bethany, I live in Hatch Warren, Basingstoke and am looking for some babysitting work. I am 26 years old.
I previously worked in a Montessori Nursery in Winchester for just under 4 years where I started as a nursery assistant and made my way to become room leader of the baby and toddler room. I then went onto become a student support assistant at Treloars school and college in Alton for several disabled young adults and children.
I now have a full time job in Winchester as the Baby Room Leader at one of the main Nurseries in the area. I work there Monday to Friday 8am till 6pm.
I am enthusiastic and love meeting and working with new young people and children. I have helped and looked after children of varying ages from 6 months to 13 years.

My Experience
I have worked in and out of childcare for the past 8 years, after doing health and social care at college, I then started as an apprentice for a local nursery. With them I completed my level two diploma in childcare and have now finished my level three as an Early Years Educator.
I have a lot of experience with young children, mainly aged 6 months to 5 years however, I have babysat for local families for many years with a variety of ages.
I have my paediatric first aid and I am also DBS checked.
I spent 2 year working at one of the largest residential colleges for disabilities in the UK, where I cared for and spent time with students aged 16 to 25 that mostly had severe forms of cerebral palsy. These were residential students that required assistance with bedtime and morning routines, meal times and administering medication etc.
I am now a full time Baby Room Lead at one of the leading nurseries in Winchester where I care for children age 3 months to 2 years mainly.
My Qualifications
Safegaurding Children, Level 3
Paediatric First Aid, Level 3
Health and Social Care, BTEC Level 3 with the double grade Pass Pass
Level 2 Certificate for The Children and Young People's Workforce
Level 3 Diploma in Childcare as an Early Years Educator
My Availability
Due to my full time job I am generally not available Monday to Friday 8am till 6pm. (Things can be arranged well in advance for ad hoc babysitting as I do have 1 half day a week that can be scheduled).
I am more than happy to be around for evening babysitting and anytime over the weekend.
I do not hold my own driving licence but am happy to travel within Hatch Warren and surrounding areas via public transport.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
My rates are from £10 per hour up until 11pm. From 11pm onwards I charge £12 an hour.
