About Me
Mum (working full time office hours) , Dad (shift worker with random shifts), 3 year old boy (who is well mannered, loves cuddles, very easy going and highly intelligent) + 5 year old girl (who is very sweet, but needs some help with her phonics, reading and writing.
My Requirements
I am looking for a nanny / tutor / mother's help / housekeeper 2-3 afternoons a week to help with homework / consolidate key English and Maths concepts as well as help with light housework, laundry, making school lunches etc. Depending on my husband's shift schedule week to week he will also be around.
I would love to find someone who is adaptable, flexible and supports a gentle parenting approach - explanations to the children, implementing logical consequences rather than unrelated punishments and time out to cool down where necessary and who is also happy to pitch in around the household.
