Sashka has worked with us for over 18 months and has been an enormous help in looking after our twin girls. She's great with the children and they have a lot of fun together, whilst assisting their development through stimulation and encouragement.
Sashka cooks healthy meals, encourages them to enjoy their food, has good time keeping and is always open to additional hours or babysitting. Her approach has been pragmatic and supportive during the pandemic and she is very aware of minimising risk while ensuring the girls don't lose out on playtime / external stimulation.
As well as looking after the girls with energy and enthusiasm Sashka has been an invaluable source of advice, when asked, on possible approaches to naps, potty training etc.
Both the girls and we will miss her once they start nursery in January and I highly recommend anyone looking for an experienced nanny to take her on. In fact if we were able to agree some sort of nanny share to enable her to pick up the girls from nursery a few days a week that would be ideal!

Sashka looked after my daughter from 9 months up until she went to nursery (aged 2). She's full of energy and fun, trustworthy, kind and loving and great at building an action packed schedule of activities for the children she looks after. She's a fantastic cook, cooking everything from scratch and introducing a wide variety of vegetables and different cuisines. She's still my go to babysitter and looks after my daughter sometimes through the day. I would whole heartedly recommend her.

Sashka looked after my 2 boys, from 2 months old until 4 years old. I cannot recommend her more highly - she is trustworthy, responsible, caring and fun. She is patient and kind but also knows how to set boundaries. She can cook healthy and delicious meals, when required, and puts a lot of effort to ensure that the children she looks after are well cared for and stimulated.
