About Me

Hello, my name is Kate francis. I am a mother to 2 lovely boys age 4 and 9. I have been working within the childcare sector for 14 years. I have gained lots of valuable experience along the way and qualifications. I am so proud to have a BA with honors degree in Childhood and Youth Studies. I have a real passion and interest for working with children and I am also very lucky to have gained valuable experience as a mother.

I have 11 years experience working in a day nursery as Head of foundation stage and deputy manager. I have now been childminding over 3 years

How to set up and run a home-based childcare service.
NVQ level 2 and 3 in Childcare.
Early years Practice.
