Kim looked after our Son for 2 years while we were at work full time - the only reason we changed his childcare arrangement is because I'm about to have my 2nd and will be on Maternity leave for a year, so want to have some extra time with my little boy. She has been incredible these past two years, we couldn't ask for a better childminder. She's fun, caring, reliable and really treats the children like her own. My little boy still doesn't stop talking about her and told me she was his family the other day - it actually broke my heart when I told him that he wasn't going to be going to her anymore.
Kim filled his days with everything from learning - ABCs / phonics / colours / shapes / drawing & painting / crafts / baking to a range of active activities, softplay / park / walks / stay and plays - he always had something different and interesting to do.
Every event like Halloween, mothers day, Easter etc Kim would make sure all the kids go to an effort to make something for their parents from cards to little keepsakes they would have made - she is always so thoughtful.
Kim would also send daily photos of what our little one had been up to as well as filling in a daily diary of his activities / achievements - this is so nice to receive, when you are working and missing your little one it really makes your day to see what they have been up to. I couldn't recommend Kim enough - we have already asked if she can take our no.2 once I go back to work next year as there is no one else I'd rather have looking after the next one!

We were so lucky to find Rifka - she regularly looked after our then 2 YO each week, but also helped with my bigger ones (5 & 8) when we needed additional help.
Rifka is so kind and caring and really gets involved teaching and playing with the children. She makes the children really feel at home, she provides home cooked food which my little one absolutely loved! She does so much for the children when they are there, crafts, decorating cakes. Her garden is set up so nicely with play areas, in the summer she has the paddling pool out - covered to ensure the children are protected and she'll often do face painting like a professional. My little girl loved going to Rifkas so much sometimes she'd cry when it was time to go home and she wanted to stay! And my big ones aleays try and escape into her house when they were with me for pick up - as she just makes it such a fun and welcoming place to be!
