About Me
I am qualified Early Years Educator highly experience, as my background has been working in a nursery management team as much as been involved in children development. I know the struggle with childcare as I went through it myself, I decided to be flexible Around parents. I am passionate of what I do. My service run like a nursery. I place a strong emphasis on the desire to help all children reach their individual potential. planning and structure wholly support and reflect the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework ensuring that the individual child and their family is at the centre of all learning and development.
Learning opportunities are designed, implemented and reviewed regularly so that the experiences offered provide children a chance to learn and consolidate new skills. Key to this is assessment and evaluation of every child’s learning needs so they can be supported and encouraged appropriately. I ensure that all parents and carers are part o this process so that we work together for best support.
Children learn best when they are happy, relaxed and playing. Delivering the curriculum while the children are engaged in play helps foster a genuine curiosity and love of learning. All play is conducted in a safe, child-centred environment under the guidance of myself as an Early Year Educator with nursery experience and qualified Level 3 Children and Young People Workforce. I am sympathetic to care and educational needs of children.
My aim is to make the transition between home and childminder home easy as possible by fully engaging with parents and carers at every stage of their child’s journey. By building on these good relationships I hope to Forster good social skills and a growing interdependence in the children.
I recognise that an appropriate and positive childminder experience will help children feel confident about challenges that lie ahead.
My Experience
Have been working in a nursery setting Since 2014 till beginning of this year as a room leader and 3r in charge progress to deputy manager.
