About Me
I have been a childminder for 7 years and have 3 children of my own 14 and 10 boys and 4 year old Daughter I have been married for 12 years and we have a 3 year old dog who is very friendly and great around children. I enjoy looking after children and helping them learn , watching them grow and become independent children.
My Experience
At this moment Feb 2020 I am doing a SVQ3 courses to update my knowledge and become a funded provider for all the changes happening Aug 2020.
I attend course regularly when they are on offer and will incorporate what I have learned into my setting.
I went to college when I first left school to do childcare and then went on to have my first child I didn’t get back into childcare till my 2nd child was 4! I have gone thru all the relevant courses and passed them all!

I regularly take the children In my care to toddler groups , book bug classes, messy play. Visit to library, Keptie pond, parks, beach, harbour. I make sure children play in a mixture of outdoor and indoor play.
I have lots of different resources in my setting for all ages and stages of the children, garden facilities are play house , sand pit, small mud kitchen and ride ons. I am hoping this summer 2020 to update my garden area with more resources , I have a artificial grass down which I clean Regularly.
