I am calm, patient and have a very naturally caring nature. Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ rated nursery. Responsibilities included planning educational activities, tracking children's learning and developmental milestones through EYFS, encouraging independence and self-esteem, managing behaviour including that of vulnerable and SENCO children. Also counselled children, dealt with minor injuries and emergencies, administered certain medications, liaised with parents, carers and other associated professionals.

Responsible for fundraising, conducting ‘community necessities’ surveys and managing resources as part of a team tasked with creating and completing projects, including creative confidence-building youth activities, environmental awareness and prioritised renovations. Participated in leading team and community prayer meetings and Bible studies.
