My Requirements

**OFSTED** we are seeking an **!!OFSTED!!**Nanny or live in Au Pair, they must be lively and organized nanny/ Au Pair to join our family.
As a nanny/ Au Pair, you will play a key role in providing care, intellectual stimulation, discipline, and entertainment for the children,( two girls and boy) aged 15, 5 and 1 year old. The nanny/au pair must have the ability to plan and prepare meals on some occasions, organise activities and outings.

Nanny/ Au pair Duties and Responsibilities

Tend to the general and basic needs of my 1 year old son while providing supervision to ensure the children’s safety in day-to-day activities.

My 15 year old daughter walks herself to and from school. Nanny would need to ensure she reaches school and supervise with Homework and ensure her daily chores are completed. i.e tidying her room

Help with pick up and drop off for my 5 year old daughter from school.

Engage children in age-appropriate activities—including free play, arts and crafts, games, and reading—to encourage the children’s intellectual development.

Model appropriate social behaviors to encourage children’s social and emotional development, such as developing empathy and cultivating interpersonal relationships.

Monitor the children’s behavior for irregularities pertaining to their health and well-being as well as their physical, emotional, and mental development,

In case of illness or injury, provide necessary medical attention; for example, transport the child to a doctor or hospital, take the child’s temperature, and administer medications as directed.

Assign chores as appropriate to teach the children responsibility, self-control, and self-confidence for my 15 year old.

Praise the children for targeted behaviors to encourage appropriate conduct

Create a safe environment for the children by removing hazards and enforcing appropriate boundaries
extracurricular activities, social outings, and medical appointments

Nanny/ Au Pair Requirements and Qualifications

Certification in infant and child first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)

Fluent in spoken and written English

Understanding of child psychology and stages of development

Prior experience in childcare/Nanny or Au Pair settings (i would be checking and requiring references)

If you are applying for an Au Pair position your monthly salary will be £300-£400 would increase if you are suited for my family.

As for the Nanny position would need to be Ofsted Registered the salary would be £13.50 per hour (working hours 6.00AM til 9AM) to help with getting the children dressed, breakfast etc then 3.00 pm til 8pm assist with bedtime, bath etc and possibly weekends for a few hours for rest bites.
