I am a professional career Governess and PA with 10 + years experience in nannying and teaching. I hold a BA degree and a baller teaching certificate from the Royal Academy of Dance.
I intially started my career in marketing working in branding, events and activations. However my interest and passion for child psychology, development and education pivoted me in pursuing a more fulfilling and challenging career within the childcare and education sector.
My core belief and goal is to create an environment that allows children to flourish and achieve their potential; fostering a love for learning, developing curiosity, promoting confidence and self belief. My focus is on implementing a holistic approach that meets a child's cognitive, emotional, social and physical needs. I enjoy creating an environment in which a child feels respected and empowered, with the confidence to explore their surroundings where they can challenge and test their capabilities. But most of all an environment where children can have fun, that allows them to engage with the world creatively, fostering curiosity and a drive to excel founded on intrinsic motivation and self belief.
My Experience
My experience ranges from children from 6 months to 13 years of age. I have multiples experience; and experience working with children with SEN requirements (ADD, ADHD , autism and developmental delays)
For the last 7 years my primary focus has been working with children with varying needs , implimenting homeschooling curriculums and acting as an educational coordinator to achieve desired outcomes. My experience includes sole and shared care, working independently or within a team in both local and nternational environments.
