About Me
I have had two boys, the youngest is now nearly 15. My eldest son had autism so I understand what it means to be a SEN parent. I am free to babysit in the evenings and do childcare Monday to Wednesday daytime. I can also do school drop offs Monday to Friday and collect children from school Monday to Wednesday and care for them. I have my own transport and am very reliable. I am also fully vaccinated against Covid. I am not a qualified childminder or nanny but am an experienced parent willing to help other parents either on an ad hoc basis or a regular commitment.
My Experience
I have done casual babysitting for a number of years and can now help during the day with young children. I have raised a SEN child until his death aged 19 so happy to assist other SEN families.
My Qualifications
I have no formal childcare qualifications but I am a qualified Teaching Assistant and experienced parent. Pre Covid I helped run a playgroup for mums/childminders and their young children.
My Availability
I am fairly flexible with a few exceptions so contact me to see if I can help!
My Fees
- Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
I charge £14 per hour plus mileage if it is outside the local area.
