About Me
We are parents of two wonderful children, a 7 year old girl and a 3 and a half year old boy, who are both very active and adventurous. My husband and I run our own business, which keeps us very busy, so our weekends are about spending quality time with the chilldren, playing games, going to the zoo, visiting family, entertaining and travelling.
We are also a bi-lingual household, speaking both English and Portuguese - so it is important the children grow up speaking both languages.
My Requirements
As the children will both be at school from September, we are looking for someone to support us with the following:
- School pick up
- Supervising homework (especially our 7 year old)
- Liaising with other nannies to organise playdates (there is a great network of nannies at both schools)
- Organising all children's clubs and activities after school and in the holidays
- Running errands for the household
- Food shopping, laundry, ironing and daily cleaning of bathrooms, vacuuming.
- Meal planning for the family - our children eat a varied diet and eat most things!
- Organising the childrens rooms and cupboards
- PA duties include dealing with tradesmen, deliveries and shopping.
- Be available for ocassional babysitting
The candidate:
- Full DBS checked (this can be gained before the job begins)
- Full and clean driving license (you will have use of the family car)
- Warm and affectionate with a love of teaching and nurturing children
- Proven experience in a similar role
- References on request
