About Me
*Offering Hall Meadow drop offs and pick ups from September* I am a registered childminder on the outskirts of Kettering Leisure Village overlooking countryside, and I have two children myself. I love working with children. I work with an assistant and together we spend a lot of time outside with a large all weather garden and vegetable garden, and also a purpose built cabin. We have chickens, Guinea Pigs and two very gentle dogs, that the children enjoy interacting with. We use the house for a home cooked lunch and rest time and the cabin for all our messy play and crafts. I was Ofsted inspected July 2021 and was rated Good. I also provide wrap around care for school age children. We pick up from Broughton Primary School, with Hall Meadow School places available from September 2023.
My Experience
I worked in a day nursery and preschool before taking the plunge and starting my business in 2018. I have finished my level 3 in Early Years Education. I also employ an experienced assistant with a City and Guilds Nursery Nurse diploma.
My Qualifications
Level 3 in Early Years Education (nearly complete) I also hold a paediatric first aid certificate, and safeguarding course. I am planning on taking forest school training next.
