Hello everyone, I am a mature, experienced Professional British Nanny who has relocated from working as a private Nanny in London for the last 3 years. Prior to that, I lived in the USA for 24 years and then to Italy for a year.
Just relocated to Mickleover in Derbyshire and available for babysitting or nanny services.
I have had my own Property Management/Housekeeping business in Orlando Florida.
I love to teach children through play, arts and crafts, baking, cooking, music and dance. I am very upbeat and high energy, fun and have a great sense of humour. I know there is a lot of pressure on mums to do it all these days, and would love to help you achieve some balance in your family.
My Experience
Presently working with several local families from babies to Pre-teens.
Just left central London where I was private nanny to 2 lovely children aged 5 months and 6 years on joining, 3 and 9 years old on leaving. Proxy parenting, cooking for children, child duties, full care of smallest until nursery. Educating through play. Travel with family. Taking children to school and after play activities. Feeding, bathing and bed.
I was a temp nanny to 2 wonderful boys in Chelsea assisting their grandparents In their day-to-day care. The position lasted 4 months. Boys were 2 and 8 years old.
Nanny-housekeeper in USA for 6+ years for 2 adorable little girls aged 4 and 6, basically was a stand-in parent, took care of all their needs while their parents worked in their own business. Collected them from school, took them to after-school activities, cooked their dinner, laundry, some housekeeping, we did arts and crafts, sewing, music, dance, reading, you name it we did it! I adore being in the company of Children, am passionate about good manners and reading at an early age (4 when possible).
