About Me
Hi! My name is Gemma and am currently a health care assistant living in Burgess Hill. I have a strong interest in art, I have a degree in Illustration. I own a small business making greetings cards, stickers etc. I am also currently creating a children's book I hope to publish soon. I find it very valuable to spend time with babies/ children to listen, learn and get more experience. I would like to work one or two days as a babysitter or nanny, and am open to evening babysitting jobs too. I have previous experience in being a nanny/ mother's help with one family. I also have years of care experience and knowledge.
My Experience
As a teenager I have been a creche helper at a local church holiday club for a few years, this included playing with the children, preparing and helping lunch time and tidying up at the end of the day. I also did a double GCSE in Health and Social Care which taught me a lot about development and social skills. I currently work as a senior care assistant at a nursing home. I have worked in care for nearly 5 years now and have completed an NVQ level 3 in adult care. However, I feel there are a lot of overlaps when it comes to child care.

GCSEs
A Levels- Art, Photography, Philosophy & Ethics
Foundation Diploma in Art and Design.
BAHons degree in Illustration.
NVQ level 3 in adult care.
My Availability
I can be available 2 days a week, maybe 3, these days can change but I can try to work around your schedule. I would prefer not to work past 11pm.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
- Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)
For short babysitting jobs I charge £14 per hour and for more regular longer nanny jobs, £12 per hour.
