About Me
Hello, my name is Megan and I am teacher. I am looking for some evening and weekend babysitting to do alongside my job (as I really miss doing it).
My Experience
I have had years of experience looking after a range of different children and am now a qualified Secondary English teacher.
Whilst I was at Uni, I looked after three children, ages 1,3, and 5 and did so for the three years I was there. I did everything from taking and picking up from nursery/ school, day care, evening babysitting and even occasionally looking after them for a night when their parents were away. I am very happy to provide references if needed.
I really miss babysitting and would love to start doing some ad hoc babysitting again in the Newcastle area (I am based in Heaton but I am happy to travel by car if needed).
I am a patient, kind, reliable and fun person and love being around children of all ages. I particularly miss being around younger children as I only teach teenagers due to the nature of my job in a secondary school. My Qualifications
Bachelor in English language with Education studies and a Secondary Post Graduate Certificate of Education.
My Availability
I am available mainly weekends (daytime and evening), however can do occasional evening babysitting during the working week as well. I am also available in school holidays (when I am not away myself).
