Really upset with Ash. We agreed he'd come work 3 days a week when I am at work. He met my autistic son (who needs to be informed of routines etc in advance), we agreed a start date then he failed to show up. Then communication from him completely stopped. No apologies or explanation, just left me hanging. I'm a working professional and have been left with no childcare at all now. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. I really thought he was a good one from his reviews but wow was I wrong.
