Arranged a meeting but didn’t turn up!

Arranged a meeting with Deborah to be told the day before that she would be arriving no problem, but to read my messages the same day of meeting and never turn up. Not even a sorry or explanation as to why she didn’t show! Very unprofessional, would not recommend

I’ve been using Debs for around 6 months after I split with my husband. I have found Debs to be an absolute god send. She has masses of experience, my girls love her to pieces, she goes out of her way to ensure girls are well looked after and entertained. My girls have enjoyed days out with her to parks, festivals, cathedrals, shopping and enjoyed walks with her dog. She’s reliable and tidies up after activities. Girls particularly enjoy using her iPad and her stamps. Debs is not only an excellent nanny but also I class her a great friend as she has supported me through a difficult time. As my girls say - Debs is a part of our family now. We love her and I wouldn’t use anyone else xxxx

Professional and very friendly

Deborah helped me over a three week period with my 3 yr old autistic son.
Her warm friendly and professional manner was invaluable at a very difficult time in our lives.
If I needed help in the future I would have no hesitation in calling Deborah or in recommending her to other families.

Excellent, kind and caring Nanny.

Deborah has looked after my two daughters for the last six years. I have always found Deborah to be extremely reliable, kind and conscientious. Deborah has recently had a different family situation to deal with, but thoughout, she has always been totally dependable. I would highly recommend Deborah as a nanny.

Didn't turn up

I got in touch with Deborah on my search for a long term nanny for my daughter. We spoke over the phone and arranged a date/time to meet to discuss further, she seemed very enthusiastic, a promising start. I confirmed this on the morning of the appointment and received a speedy reply assuring me she was indeed attending, only one or two hours later received a message to say Deborah was feeling unwell and unable to attend and could we reschedule. I agreed and she assured me she would message me later in the week to reconfirm the new date, only I didn't hear back. I sent multiple messages asking her to confirm the new appointment and later if she was no longer interested in the post, no response.
Really disappointing and highly unprofessional, it's really not fair to be wasting people's time in this manner, particularly as Deborah was aware time was precious at this point during my busy return to work following maternity leave.
I hope she will take note of this review and endeavour to communicate better with prospective clients in the future.
