My Requirements
I'm searching for an Ofsted registered childcare provider who accepts university childcare grant payments and is skilled with primary aged SEN (ASD) children.
My 8 year old is a very advanced child with a diagnosis of Autism. He's very academically bright, independent, energetic, artistic, talkative, easily bored, easily distracted, very playful, loves a challenge both mentally and physically, enjoys the company of older children.
I am looking for someone who knows how to articulate rules and discipline to children in a no-nonsense, non-patronising manner (happy to guide with what works well with my son as he doesn't like being spoken to like "a baby"), someone with resilience who can match my sons energy, support him with emotional regulation techniques (again I can guide with what works well), engage in activities and physical games such as football and basketball.
My son currently attends Stratford Park Campus in Sparkhill and would need collecting at 2pm. I would collect him from you no later than 7pm. Days are subject to change in line with university requirements so some flexibility might be needed.
Any food would need to be halal (I could possibly provide a packed lunch)
