About Me
I've been working with children for several years and have been the "go-to" person for childminding in my community in Ireland. When I moved to the UK I was an au pair for two lovely children.
I worked for many families for years and can provide excellent references!
I have a QQI Level 5 qualification in Applied Social Studies. I came out top of my class in Childhood Development, Childhood Nutrition and Child Psychology.
I feel I have a great ability to understand kids and form great bonds with them. I really love working with kids, and I can't think of a more fulfilling job!
I have years of experience supporting mothers and babies in my mothers Le Leche League group. If it is easier, I am also available to have the children come to my home instead. I do live with my partner and our friendly cat.
I recently moved to Hampden Park and don't drive yet, but I'm a 10 minute walk away from the train station and bus routes. If you are a family that lives in Hampden Park and Eastbourne, I have no problem bringing the children for outings.
I'm an animal and art lover, so if you have any pets, I don't mind bringing them out too! I spend a lot of time doing art commissions and painting at home. My favourite activity to do with kids would be making things and doing arts and crafts! I would describe my personality as silly, caring and bubbly.
When caring for children, I believe in treating them with respect, dignity, and kindness. I have done extensive research into childhood development and nutrition, providing me with great knowledge and understanding. I take my work seriously and always make their happiness the highest priority.

I have been attending mother support and le leche league meetings and conferences for many years also as my mother is a leader of our local communities group in Ireland.
I have years of experience working alongside my mother, helping newborn babies and their mums with care, nutrition, breastfeeding, and how they're feeling and coping with it all.
My experience working with children has given me life lessons and priceless experience that i'll carry with me for life.

- Nannying from £12.00 per hour (gross)
For extra babysitting in the evening/night I can offer a fee of £10
