My Summary
About Me
I am a dedicated and goal-orientated professional with a strong work ethic. As a proud Norland Nanny, I uphold the highest standards of childcare and professionalism, applying the values and skills instilled through my Norland training in every aspect of my role. I bring a polite, kind, and bubbly demeanour which fosters positive relationships with children and parents alike. I pride myself on maintaining a high level of professionalism and willingly undertake additional tasks to deliver exceptional effort in my responsibilities. I am passionate about my work and strive to create loving, enjoyable, and secure environments for all children in my care. Having worked with a range of families and settings, I have adapted to different environments with readiness. These experiences have moulded me into the nanny I am today. I am particularly passionate about encouraging children’s communication with nature, including the incorporation of outdoor play into their daily experiences. My nanny journey thus far has equipped me with invaluable experience in managing a busy household. This integral knowledge involves nutritional meal preparation, organising interactive activities, and creating secure spaces for children. Previous experiences have allowed me to adapt through unexpected situations, tailoring my decision-making to best suit the individual child.
My Experience
With six years of professional experience as a nanny, including three years at Norland College where I completed my degree, I have developed a comprehensive skill set across a wide range of childcare environments. My career has taken me from private homes in the countryside to busy London households, allowing me to adapt seamlessly to different settings and tailor my care to meet the unique needs of each family.
In addition to my core nannying roles, I have gained valuable experience working in nurseries, a maternity ward, and a special educational needs (SEN) school. These placements have deepened my understanding of child development and broadened my ability to support children of all ages and abilities — from newborns to school-aged children.
My roles have included working as a travel nanny, both in the UK and internationally, as well as providing proxy parenting and supporting families in rota positions. I am confident in managing daily routines, travel logistics, and adapting quickly to new environments, all while ensuring the children in my care feel safe, secure, and engaged.
I have had the privilege of working with high-net-worth (HNW), ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW), and royal family clients, which has refined my ability to maintain discretion, professionalism, and high standards at all times. I am experienced in supporting household operations, collaborating with wider staff teams, and offering a calm, reliable presence for both children and parents alike.
My references are outstanding and reflect my dedication to fostering strong, trusting relationships with the families I support. Additional references are available upon request.
Whether supporting a child’s development, managing busy schedules, or creating a nurturing and structured environment, I am fully committed to providing the highest quality of care in every setting.
